The Contour

This style provides excellent face coverage to minimize exposure while keeping you comfortable during every day activities.

Step 1

Find your size.

Measurements are taken from ear to ear, and from the bridge of the nose to under the chin.

Large (ideal for larger adult heads): 12 1/2” from ear to ear; 7 1/2” from the bridge of nose to under the chin. Elastic ear loops measure 3 1/2”. For the around the head option, we use 1/4” width elastic that measures 11 1/4” on the top and 9” on the bottom.

Medium (ideal for small adult heads and teens): 10” from ear to ear; 6” from the bridge of nose to under the chin. Elastic ear loops measure 3 1/2”. For the around the head option, we use 1/4” width elastic that measures 10 1/2” on the top and 8 3/4” on the bottom.

Small (ideal for ages 6-12): 9” from ear to ear; 5” from the bridge of nose to under the chin. Elastic ear loops measure 3”. For the around the head option, we use 1/4” width elastic that measures 10” on the top and 6” on the bottom.

Extra Small (ideal for ages 3-6): 8” from ear to ear; 4” from the bridge of nose to under the chin. Elastic ear loops measure 3”. For the around the head option, we use 1/4” width elastic that measures 8” on the top and 5” on the bottom.

Step 2

Pick your features.

Basic: Three layers of preshrunk cotton (you choose your front fabric), soft cord elastic ear loops.

With nose bridge support: All the features of the basic, PLUS a double metal wire encased at the top of the mask to help mold it onto your nose.

With filter pocket: All the features of the basic, PLUS an opening at the top to insert an additional filter you supply.

Fully loaded: All the features of the basic, PLUS the nose bridge support AND filter pocket.

Step 3

Choose your fabric.

We have lots of fun cotton prints in our stock, but are also happy to source whatever color or design you want. This is where you can let your personality shine! Once you have chosen your personalized fabric, enter the name of the fabric when prompted on the ordering screen. Our Fabric Catalog showcases the bulk of the fabric we have in stock. These patterns may be ordered in ANY SIZE and in MULTIPLE QUANTITIES.

The Final Cuts section is where you will find the remnants of some awesome prints. These fabrics won’t be around long, and we may not be able to find them again! These patterns may be LIMITED in SIZE or QUANTITY. If your selection becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will work with you to find a replacement fabric.
