Back In Time

I was just looking at my incredible [Back to the Future] jacket and wanted to say thanks.

Nik W.

Several years ago, Corey was contacted by a movie fan about making a replica jacket from Back to the Future II. It is hard to turn down a challenge such as that, and the results were some of the best that have been seen. The sleeves and pockets are fully adjustable, although not automatic. She also helped to make the hat screen accurate by removing the adjustable feature in the back and inserting a solid piece of the same material.

Deal? or No Deal?

For a month and a half, we lent our support to the wardrobe department during the summer 2018 production of the return season of Deal Or No Deal (2.0!).  In addition to our talents, we rented table top sewing machines, rollings garment racks, and steamers.  This is the longest production we have worked on, to date, and we look forward to seeing how amazing it turned out. Tune in, December 5th, 2018!

Wedding Bib

Corey's cousin was planning to get married, and she joked about needing a bib to keep her dress clean -- Italian food and white were a recipe for disaster.  The joke turned into a beautiful reality, as Corey mimicked the elegance of the wedding dress in the design of the bib.

The Miller Quilt

We were approached with an art inspired textile project -- up-cycle old shirts into a quilt inspired by Gee's Bend Quilts. In addition to the quilt, we created a complementary throw pillow.

Upcycled Family Heirloom

We don't often make quilts, but the special treasure that they are draws us to these rare projects.

This particular quilt was an early commission, using elements that were inherited by the ladies in the family. Ultimately this beautiful quilt became a new family heirloom for the youngest bride. What was left of the treasured pieces we turned into a zipper clutch for the original owner so she could hold on to a piece as well.
